IStat Menus for Mac is a convenient addition to your computer, and it lets you get a quick glimpse inside whenever you need. While the program is easy enough to set up for a novice, there isn't enough explanation of anything to make the information displayed understandable to anyone but an experienced user. Not for beginners: The information displayed in the program won't be of much use to anyone without a decent level of computer knowledge. You can also drag and drop the icons in the top toolbar to rearrange them to your liking. Each category has its own switch on the main interface that you can slide off if you're not interested in displaying that information. While you could have accessed at least some of this information on your own, the app puts it all in one place and makes it much easier to find whenever you need to.
